Overview:
The flagship for the brand, Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown is the new urban
retreat for guests looking to re-discover LAs’ past in the midst of a booming downtown
resurgence. With a prime location in the rapidly-growing Downtown Historic Core and
a distinctive, design-driven interior which incorporates elements of the city’s colorful
history, the Hotel Indigo LA Downtown offers a unique launch point to explore one of
America’s greatest cities.
Our interior design will pay homage to the early 20th century in Los Angeles with
playful nods to historic Chinatown, Hollywood’s Golden Age, La Fiesta de las Flores
(Downtown’s precursor to Pasadena’s now-famed Rose Parade), and the underground
speakeasies of the Prohibition Era.
Location:
Located just one block from LA Live which has over 5 million square feet of retail,
restaurants, bars, sports and concert venues. Home to the Staples Center, four
professional sports teams, location for the Grammy, EMMY and ESPY Awards, LA Live
is the preeminent entertainment venue in Los Angeles.
Guest Rooms: The hotel’s guest rooms and suites will each be reflective of the surrounding
neighborhood with backdrops portraying lively scenes from 20th century Los Angeles
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide our guests with DTLA city views, each room featuring
free high-speed Internet access, flat panel televisions, fridge, in-room safes.

The hotel will feature an elegant lobby lounge and bar, a penthouse lounge with
breathtaking views of the LA Skyline, an outdoor pool with views of LA Live, pool
restaurant and bar, cabanas, fitness center, a hotel business center, valet parking and

Food & Beverage:
18 Social, the hotel’s top floor cocktail lounge, will feature sweeping views of the
dazzling city skyline and contemporary décor that mirrors Los Angeles’ world-famous
nightlife.
Metropole Bar + Kitchen, the hotel’s ground floor restaurant offering innovative twists
on local classics, will feature a distinctive entrance representing the underground tunnels
transported spirits (among other contraband) to the city’s unmarked watering holes.

With more than 22,000 sq. ft. of customizable meeting space, 12 meeting rooms,
outdoor terraces, pool deck, roof top lounge, modern A/V equipment and complete
catering services our hotel is a unique expression of the Hotel Indigo brand. Our
Orpheum Ballroom channels the glamorous galas of Hollywood’s Golden Age, while our
4th floor event space offers unique outdoor entertainment venues for corporate events
with views of downtown and LA Live. The hotel can accommodate groups over 200
