numerous strategic goals the organization wishes to accomplish require visionary and effective leadership.
If you are willing to dedicate the time and energy necessary to lead USAJR to the next level, I encourage you to complete and return
the nomination form provided. Board seats are open to USAJR members who meet the necessary criteria. Criteria for board
membership may be found on the announcement letter.
Service to USAJR in a leadership capacity is an honor, challenge and a serious promise to the organization. It is demanding, yet
fulfilling; it is time consuming, yet rewarding. I invite you to consider helping USAJR accomplish its strategic goals and realize its

I agree that I am seeking election to the USAJR Board of Directors and if elected, I am willing to serve a three-year term. I am
currently a member in good standing with USAJR, I meet all current USAJR policy regarding board membership and I certify that all
information provided on this form is correct.
I agree I will actively serve on the USAJR Board of Directors, to be objective in my considerations of policy issues and to represent
the best interest of the entire membership at all times.
I agree to attend and fully participate in all board meetings to the best of my ability; to attend and participate in assigned committee
meetings to the best of my ability; to arrive for Board and committee meetings fully briefed and prepared on the issues to be
discussed; to promote and support the organization’s programs, goals and mission; and to faithfully discharge the duties that may be
assigned to me by the Board from time to time. I agree to sign and abide by all USAJR policies regarding board membership.
