oxidation, keep away from heat, light, and in contact with as little oxygen as possible.
SECTION 8: EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
Engineering Controls: Provide exhaust ventilation or other engineering controls to keep
the airborne concentrations of vapors below their respective threshold limit value. Ensure
that eyewash stations and safety showers are proximal to the work-station location.
Personal Protection: Safety glasses. Lab coat. Vapor respirator. Be sure to use an
approved/certified respirator or equivalent. Gloves.
Personal Protection in case of a Large Spill: Splash goggles. Full suit or Liquid/Chemical
resistant sleeves. Vapor respirator. Particle mask for nose and mouth. Boots. Gloves. A selfcontained breathing apparatus should be used to avoid inhalation of the product. Suggested
protective clothing might not be sufficient; consult a specialist BEFORE handling this
product.
Eye/face protection: Wear suitable tightly sealed protective glasses.
Skin Protection: Wear suitable resistant to the product gloves.
Respiratory protection: In case of brief exposure or low pollution use breathing filter
(filter A) apparatus. In case of intensive or longer exposure use breathing apparatus that is
independent of circulating air.
Thermal Hazards: Is not required.
Used personal protective equipment should meet the requirements of local/regional/national
laws. The employer must provide personal protective equipment appropriate to the type of
