Fisher Island Club near South Beach Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager for the luxurious Beach Club
Restaurant. Our member base is of the most elite clientele in the world, varying from youthful families
to active mature members and generates approximately $8M annually in food and beverage sales.
Fisher Island Club is Florida’s ultimate private island vacation destination offering our world-class 9-hole
golf course, 18 tennis courts, beauty salon, spa and wellness center, private beach, casual and fine
dining plus two marinas all nestled just off the coast of South Beach.
The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Beach Club Manager and is responsible for the dining
room, two bars, private beach and our salt water pool. Qualified candidates will have formal education
in hospitality management with 5 years restaurant experience and 2 years in a private club environment
is preferred. Compensation includes a salary range of $40K to $45K, an excellent benefit and retirement
