BIRTHDAY PARTY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q:
What does the party include?
A:
Your 2-hour birthday party will start out with 1-hour on either a turf field or our
basketball court, depending on which package you choose. The second hour will follow in a
private party room for you to continue your celebration. To make things easier on you, all TSE
hosted birthday parties will have a TSE Birthday Leader who will coordinate all of the games
and activities. Your leader will also help serve cake, pizza and drinks for you in the room.
He/she will help you in whatever capacity you need to make this day worry and hassle free for
you.
Q:
What are the different types of games that my son/daughter can choose from?
A:
We can do just about any type of sport, game or activity that can be played on a turf field
or basketball court.
Q:
How many children can I invite?
A:
We don’t limit the number of children you can invite. It is important to keep in mind
though, the field and room size when determining how many you want to invite. At 16 or more
kids, we have to use the lager party room, and there is a $25 fee to use the larger room. We also
recommend that for larger sized parties it might be best to have a second TSE party leader. The
cost for a second leader is $40.
Q:
How many games can my son/daughter choose?
A:
There isn’t a set number that you have to choose. Our whole goal is to help your child
have a great birthday party experience. With that being said, we do like to have a general idea of
the type of activities he/she may like to do so that we can customize their birthday party just for
them. If that means they want to play 3 different games, then that’s perfectly fine. If it means
they want to play one game for the whole hour on the field/court, then that’s fine too. We will
adjust to whatever they want to do as best we can.
Q:
What field is best for my party?
A:
The best field for you is sometimes best determined by one or more of the following 3
factors: the number of guests you have, the age group of the party, or the type of games wanted
at the party. If you have a larger number of guests attending, you may want to consider one of
our boarded fields. If you have a group of 5 year olds coming in and it’s a fairly average sized
group (12-18), our 25x25 turf field would probably work out ok for you. If you have a group of
12 year olds that want to play flag football, you definitely want to use our boarded field. It’s all
just a matter of the size and age of your group and the activities they are interested in doing.
Q:
Can I bring in my own decorations?
A:
We do decorate the room, but if you have special decorations, you are more than
welcome to bring them in.
Q:
What is included in the birthday food package deal?
A:
The package deal comes with all the set-up which includes: the tablecloth, paper plates,
napkins, forks, cups, candles and serving utensils for the cake. Along with the set-up, the 5
different choices of packages include enough food designed to feed 16 children as well as 3
pitchers of fountain drinks (more can be purchased). To top off the package, we don’t want you
to do any clean up at all, so we will take care of the break down and clean up. This all inclusive
package deal cost is $48. The 5 different packages are as follows:

When is the balance of what I owe for my party due?
A:
The balance of your party is due at the end of your party.
Q:
Are gratuities allowed for my TSE party leader?
A:
If you feel that your party leader did a great job and you want to give him/her a tip, by all
means, feel free to give them a tip.
