Tickets are good for one (1) Beary Clean car wash each. Tickets are valid at participating Brown Bear Car Wash tunnel locations in the Puget Sound
area. A list of participating locations can be found on the back of each ticket and online at www.BrownBear.com. Suggested selling price is $8 per
ticket. You can increase profit potential by offering discounts to customers who buy more than one ticket at a time. Example: two for $15, five for
$37.50, ten for $70. (Tickets may not be sold for less than $7 each.) The Brown Bear Charity Wash AGREEMENT must be signed to participate
in the Charity Car Wash Program. There is a non-refundable, one-time initial setup fee of $25 on the first order, regardless of how many times you
use the program. You may re-order tickets as needed. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your application and receive your imprinted
tickets. Tickets are not valid for large commercial vehicles, fleets or oversized vehicles as they will not fit in the car wash tunnels.





setup/ print fee of $25.00 (for first-time orders), and the total cost of tickets at $1.50 each upon receipt of this application.
I wish to have the tickets mailed to me for an additional charge of $8.00. If left unchecked, you may pick up your tickets at our
office at 3977 Leary Way NW, Seattle, WA 98107. Unless otherwise noted, tickets will be shipped to the Contact Mailing Address.
Please send one Charity Car Wash banner. Vinyl banner measures 2x5' with grommets for hanging. The banner reads “Support
our Fundraiser, Brown Bear Car Washes Sold Here.” I understand the banner must be returned in like new condition to Brown
Bear Car Wash at the end of our sale or we agree to pay the $75.00 replacement. Banner is available on orders of 500 or more
tickets. Banner subject to availability.
You may return unsold tickets for a refund of $1.25 per ticket. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Ticket Sale Information
a. Each ticket is good for one (1) Beary Clean car
wash at any Brown Bear Car Wash tunnel location
b. The Charity must meet the minimum ticket order
requirement of fifty (50) tickets.
c. The cost of the tickets to the Charity is $1.50 each.
The tickets are customized to feature the
participating charity’s name. See Section 2 for
payment details.
d. The recommended resale price of the tickets is
$7.00-9.00 per ticket.
e. Tickets cannot be resold for less than $7.

Proceeds The Charity is responsible for collecting all
proceeds from the resale of the charity wash tickets and is
responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, rules,
and regulations.

Unsold Tickets Unsold tickets may be redeemed, less a
$0.25 restocking fee, for $1.25 per ticket. Orders over 500
tickets that return more than 100 tickets may be subject to a
$0.50 restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged as the
tickets are customized and cannot be resold or reused.
Tickets must be returned for refund. Lost or stolen tickets
will not be refunded.
Payment The tickets must be purchased in advance from
the corporate office of Brown Bear Car Wash using a credit
card, certified check, or money order, submitted with the
completed application.

Marketing Kit Brown Bear Car Wash can provide the
Charity with a marketing kit, including a 8.5x11” flyer
template and 2x5’ banner. Banner subject to availability.
Lost or damaged banners will incur a $75 replacement fee.
6.
Restrictions
The Charity Car Wash Program tickets will not be:
a. Sold within 500 feet of any Brown Bear Car Wash
location;
b. Sold nor advertised online; nor
c. Be used for personal use, donated, nor given
away. They must be sold according to the terms
set forth in Section 1 above.
Car Wash Enterprises, Inc. dba Brown Bear Car Wash and the Charity hereby enter into agreement on the above-stated terms and
conditions for the Charity to participate in the Brown Bear Charity Car Wash Program.
