Board of Directors Meeting
Tuesday, June 17th, 2014 at 6:00pm
SeaGrove Town Center Library
MINUTES
Call to Order:
Jane West called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Determination of Quorum: Directors Present: Jane West, Frank Ward, Kyle Worrell and
Melissa Fox. A quorum was announced. Laura Kelley was present from Coastal Realty.
Approval of minutes: Melissa made a motion, seconded by Kyle, to waive the reading of the
minutes from May 20th, 2014 and approve. All in favor, motion passed.
Jane reported an ongoing problem with vandalism around the pool. Management and the
Board will look into the cost of replacing the gates with a stronger material. Still having people
leave their doors unlocked leading to unnecessary criminal acts of opportunity.
Frank provided a brief financial report. To date the Association is under budget.
Jane made a motion, seconded by Melissa, to remove the dead Weeping Willow and not
replace it. All in favor, motion passed.
ARB member Wade Robertson submitted his resignation. Chris Altman volunteered to fill the
vacancy. Jane made a motion, seconded by Kyle, to appoint Chris to the ARB. All in favor
motion passed.
With no further business in front of the Board the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
