There will be a $20 charge for each returned check and issuer could be liable for up to three times the amount of the check. Cash, Cashier’s Check or
Money Order will be required if a check is returned for insufficient funds. All admission tickets, wristbands and vehicle permits are non-refundable.

NOTES & REMINDERS:
•
Multiple exhibitors from the same address may be listed on one form.
•
Please check 4-H, FFA or Other and list the department entered (beef, sheep, share the fun, etc.).
•
Vehicle permit(s) will be issued for the date(s) indicated on the form. Lots will be determined as forms are received. If
dates are not indicated on the form, a North Parking Lot vehicle permit good for any one day will be issued.

Return ticket order form to the Iowa State Fair at the address listed below. DO NOT return ticket order form to the county
extension office.
•
Ticket order form is due July 20. After July 20 tickets and vehicle permits may be purchased at the Entry Department
(located on the State Fairgrounds in the Administration Building). Tickets and vehicle permits will not be mailed if order
form is postmarked after July 20.
•
There is no charge for admission or vehicle permits on August 7, 8 or 9. If a pre-Fair vehicle permit is needed, please
contact your County Extension Office, FFA Advisor or the Entry Department. Vehicles without a permit will not be allowed
on the grounds.
•
Admission tickets may also be purchased online at www.iowastatefair.org with a print-at-home option. Vehicle permits may
not be purchased online.
•
Admission is $6 (adults) and $3 (ages 6-11) at the gate Monday - Thursday after 5:00 p.m. and all day on the last Sunday of
the Fair. These tickets prices are only valid when purchased at the gate. They cannot be purchased in advance.
