 Reminders:
1. The 2014-2015 Fact Book has been posted at http://www.cameron.edu/iraa/factbook.
2. Fall 2015 Student Information Sheet and Syllabus Attachment are available online at
http://www.cameron.edu/academic_affairs. Please remember that all syllabi should include a
listing of required and recommended course materials with the ISBN numbers. If a faculty
member requires the purchase of an access code or other virtual instructional materials, then
that should be listed clearly on the syllabus too.
3. FLAC— Please submit non-instructional assignments for Fall to Mandy. Use the Fall and
Spring FLAC process outlined in the Quick Reference Guide provided at training last year.
Let Jaime know if you need a Fall and Spring reference guide.
If there are any changes made after the lock dates please be sure to submit a new payroll
action form as soon as possible. Failure to submit a corrected payroll action form may result
in incorrect payments.
4. RSVP needed for WEAVEonline training session. To RSVP for the training, please send an
email to [email protected] with the following information: Name of attendee and
Program(s) attendee will be working on. The training will be limited to the first 30 employees
who register. WEAVEonline office hours and training session dates listed in calendar below.
5. New Faculty Meeting—have offices ready for faculty---make sure they have a computer,
their name on the door and that keys are ready.

courses and will no longer be available to adjust in Aggie Access and may result in incorrect
payments.
