Adverbs
Adverbs describe how something is done.

Adverbs of:
Manner (how) – noisily; with great gusto; great speed
Time (when) – before school; at playtime; after dinner
Place (where) – in the kitchen; in the bathroom; under the duvet

Adjectives
Adjectives are describing words.
Pronouns
Pronouns replace nouns (e.g. he, she, I
, they, him, her etc…)
Prepositions
Prepositions give more information
about place, position or time.
Some examples
Under, over, next to, opposite, behind, on top of etc…
Before, after, earlier, later, in the evening, at dusk etc…
In the woods, over the hills, down in the valley etc…
