Society scope:
The Egyptian Society of Applied Petrophysics
(ESAP) is a scientific society, that supports the
scientific researchers in various geophysical
sciences and the related applicable tasks.
ESAP adopts also all the issues that concern with
the development of Egypt's natural resources for
the fields of hydrocarbon, groundwater, mineral
resources, archeology, civil engineering and
environmental impact assessment for various
projects through highly expert Advisory Consultant
of ESAP.
As a part of the Society policy is helping the young
researchers to create new generations to solve the
scientific problems of sustainable development and
urban reconstruction in Egypt.
One of the aims of the Egyptian Society of Applied
Petrophysics is organizing vanes specialized in
training and practical geophysical applications.
ESAP is also keen to forge – closer ties to
cooperation with local scientific societies, Arab,
African and similar international ones, particularly
in joint projects, as well as local and international
conferences.
ESAP is also able to organize workshops with the
Arabian and African colleagues to highlight some
local geological, geophysical and technical
disciplines for local markets of their countries.
ESAP can perform pre – feasibility and post –
feasibility studies for the internal and external
projects, to check their validity, proficiency and
continues success throughout their time – lifes.
ESAP can offer advices and recommendations
concerning the optimum ways of application for the
forementioned disciplines and projects particularly
for those missing their targets.
