SMALL ROOM / BREAKOUT ROOM PACKAGE
This package includes a tripod screen (up to 8 ft wide) sized appropriately
for the room and audience, a LCD projector with a VGA cable running to the
podium. At the podium you have a wired microphone and power. There is also
an audio cable to connect your laptop to the mixer and house sound system.
In addition, you can choose between a paper flipchart or 3’ x 4’ dry erase
whiteboard, including markers and stand.

GALLERIA / ENCANTADA BALLROOM GENERAL SESSION PACKAGE
For our mid-sized ballrooms, this package provides all you need to deliver
your message effectively. Attendees are greeted by appropriate music as they
enter. Two tripod screens with high definition LCD projectors and a flipchart or
whiteboard make presenting visuals easy. A wired microphone at the podium
and the flexibility of two wireless lavaliere or handheld microphones delivers
the audio message. Computer Audio and Wireless Clicker are also provided.

FIESTA BALLROOM GENERAL SESSION PACKAGE
Whether in the whole Fiesta ballroom or just two sections, this package captures your audience’s attention with dual fast-fold screens
and front or rear high definition projectors. A black, velour backdrop and dual stage lights keep their focus on the presenter, while the
speaker can keep their place by viewing the 32” confidence monitor. Your presenters have the freedom of speaking at the podium
or on 2 wireless lavaliere or handheld microphones. They can illustrate their ideas on a flipchart or whiteboard, and set the pace and
timing of the PowerPoint with a wireless clicker.
