Cummings Parish Priest: Father Shane Lynch Parish Deacon: Mr. Henry Leader www.stjamesk-6.org Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. 1 John 3:18 A Message from Mrs. Cummings: We celebrate St. Valentine this month. St. Valentine is the Patron Saint of engaged couples, happy marriages, love, and young people. As quoted above by John, actions speak louder than words. We can speak words very easily, but do our actions show love? May we purposefully take the time this month to honor St. Valentine and take action to show our love to our spouse, to our children, to our family, and to those we love. With love, Mrs. Cummings Preschool, Prekindergarten, and Kindergarten Registration We will be holding registration events in March for the upcoming school year. These inspections are being conducted randomly throughout NYS. After the audit, SJS had 7 bulk samples of the soundproofing material on the higher parts of the gymnasium walls collected and tested by Gymo, DPC, a NYSDOL licensed asbestos contactor. All seven samples were tested and reported to contain 0% asbestos. There were no other areas identified in the building that were of concern as hazardous for asbestos. We work with a local environmental company that performs a yearly asbestos inspection. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Cummings.
