i download a car from this forum CCD 1.2.2 ( 3DI 2.2.7 )
but the probleme is the car speed is not realistic :
1st gear : 0 kph - 80 kph
2nd gear : 80 kph - 145 kph
3rd gear : 145 kph - 240 kph
4th gear : 240 kph - 300 kph
i just want the speed be like this :
1st gear : 0 kph - 35 kph
2nd gear : 35 kph - 55 kph
3rd gear : 55 kph - 80 kph
4th gear : 80 kph - 120 kph
5th gear : 120 kph - 165 kph
6th gear : 165 kph - 220 kph
i just wanna drive a car not a FORMULA 1 or BUGATTI
please help me soooooooooon if you know the answer

Many have tried, many has failed.
If you know how to do this, then why won't you share information?
Current gear speeds are ridiculous, so I consider this as a BUG/GLITCH. Now I want this to get fixed..
and I have to do it myself? You are like EA/DICE now. It will take months before it gets fixed?
The time you spent replying that you can't help modders is more than enough to explain how to change
it.
That is how you build community, and not leaving everything to them.

I'm not a programmer myself in our team. I answer on questions, which I know or even even if I don't
know - I ask our programmers if the question is serious.
In current situation I don't think this question is serious enough to disturb our programmers - they have a
lot of work to do.
P.S.: What kind of bug? What do you talking about? Your wish of changing gear speeds it's your wish of
modding only and your opinion only. We think - default parameters are good. if you say it's not - try to
describe why in correct way.

do you really think cars are behaving well, and especially the speeds they are achieving with gear?
show me a car in russia that drives easily - and doesn't damage the engine - by driving 50 km/h on 1st
gear. this is exactly what your 'game' allows player to do. drive across whole town without having to
change gears, cause you are able to drive so fast...

The gear ratios are fine on dev cars and most good mods. If a mod has bad gear ratios it isn't the devs
fault. The gear ratios can be changed in the the text files that tell the game the car's stats but I don't
know which ones you would have to change.
And to the OP, no one will help you as you have the crack version. Buy the game to get better cars.

If you download the Physics Customizer suitable to your game version, you may change the
transmission and final gear ratios using this modding software. (Some cars are not supported)
It will be help to change the car speed limits for each gear.

I know what you mean. My solution is/was i chose a slow car ( f.e. Kia Ceed ) and copy the transmission
and engine files to the too fast car and rename it like they were called there.
