Prize Draw for the CPF ONTARIO Contest, Running From April 1 to April 30, 2017

Mandatory Regulations
Subject to applicable laws, these rules apply to all aspects of the CPF ONTARIO contest prize draw and are binding on
all participants.
2.
Duration
The CPF ONTARIO contest shall be open from 10 am on April 1 to 11:59 pm on April 30, 2017 (Eastern Standard Time).
The winners will be drawn at random on May 5, 2017.
3.
Eligibility
All CPF Ontario members (excluding teachers) aged 18 and over at the time of the draw are eligible for the CPF
ONTARIO contest draw. Participants will be required to produce proof of age, residence and occupation. People related
to or living with TFO employees are not eligible, and neither are people who maintain business connections with TFO.
How can I enter the CPF ONTARIO contest prize draw?
To enter the CPF ONTARIO contest prize draw, participants must go to the CPF ONTARIO contest page and register to
IDÉLLO. They must fill in the registration form and activate their account using the confirmation link that will be sent to
their email address.

Prizes
First Prize:
1 iPad of an approximate value of C$650
1 Family Premium subscription to IDÉLLO, valid for one year, of an approximate value of C$40
1 Champlain’s Dream box set, of an approximate value of C$50
Second to Tenth Prize:
9 Family Premium subscriptions to IDÉLLO (one per winner), valid for one year, of an approximate value of C$40
each
18 À L’ÉCOUTE headphone sets (two per winner), of an approximate value of C$30 each
9 Champlain’s Dream box sets (one per winner), of an approximate value of C$50 each

Prize Draw and Announcement of Winners
The draw will take place on May 5, 2017. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by a committee of
three (3) TFO employees. Dates are subject to change without notice. TFO will contact the winners via email to obtain
written proof of their eligibility for the draw.
6.
Awarding of Prizes
Winners will be contacted and granted their prizes after they are announced on May 5, 2017. Winners will have their
prizes delivered to their home addresses via Purolator. If prizes are not claimed by a winner within a week of the draw,
another draw will take place and the prize will be awarded to another winner.
7.
Prize Acceptance
Prizes must be accepted as they are described here; no transfers or substitutions are allowed. Prizes may not be wholly
or partially exchanged for money. In the event that prizes are unavailable, draw organizers reserve the right to replace a
prize with another of a similar type, of equal or higher value.
8.
Additional Information
Organizers of the CPF ONTARIO contest draw assume no liability for any personal losses or damages arising from the
attribution of the draw prizes.
9.
Ads
Through their participation, contest participants authorize the organizers to use, if required, their information for
promotional purposes, unless they clearly indicate otherwise in their online participation form. All email addresses
collected will be added to our database, and participants will subsequently receive the IDÉLLO magazine on a monthly
basis.
Participants who wish to unsubscribe from the IDÉLLO magazine may simply click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the
email.
