Re: Defendants affirmative defenses.
COMES NOW, Ines Gonzalez, Sole Executrix and settler of INES GONZALEZ (Estate), hereinafter known as
"Counter-Petitioner", "I", "My", or "Affiant", and declare that "I" the "Affiant", am of the age of majority, and
that the following Affidavit, is true, correct, and complete to the best of "My" personal firsthand knowledge of
the facts set forth herein and if called to witness could and would testify competently to the truth of the factual
matters asserted in this Declaration.
"Affiant" and makes this "Declaration" follows:
1. "Affiant" DOES NOT UNDERSTAND LEGALESE.
2. "Affiant" is unable to decipher and clearly ascertain the contents of case #PL310989.
3. "Affiant" has seen no evidence that any United States judge has a claim of immunity for willfully violating
Title 18 USC 4.
4. "Affiant" is without knowledge and is unaware of any lawful excuse any person may have, for willfully
forfeiting or departing from "their" undertaking to defend the Constitution as defined in California Civil Code
22.2.
5. "Affiant" has not been presented with any authenticated evidence that the "Plaintiff" exists.
6. "Affiant" has seen no facts in evidence that the "Plaintiff" can or has suffered an injury".
7. "Affiant" has seen no facts in evidence that the "Plaintiff" is not effecting commerce.
8. "Affiant" solemnly denies having any written or implied contracts with "Plaintiff".
9. "Affiant" solemnly affirms that "Affiant" does not now, nor has ever owned a "vehicle" as defined in Cal
Vehicle Code 353 and 15210 (b), as sworn by Officer Connell # 1197 (Cal Penal Code 832.6 (a) (3) Level III).
10. Officer Connell #1197 is accused of false arrest, and the D.A. (the court)is accused of misprision of felony.
