Security Cameras Installed
In the last week of December, cameras
were installed around the church,
school, and offices. These were added
to improve security on campus for our
parishioners and our school children. If
you have any questions or concerns about campus
safety or the new cameras that were installed, please
contact Lilly McGarry in the parish office.
Dear Parishioners,
Happy 2017! We are looking forward to a
bright new year. We want to sincerely thank
all of you for your support of the St. Vincent
de Paul ministry. We were truly blessed with
some very generous donations in December which enabled
us to give additional Christmas help for some very needy
people. When the limited funds of the families we serve
must cover the basics, we were able to bring a bit of Christmas cheer to them. You helped make many children, and
parents, very happy indeed! Thank you! Please remember
to mark your red-edged special collection envelopes for St.
Vincent de Paul. Unmarked envelopes go in to the general
collection. And please consider doing some of your shopping at our local St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store on 135th &
Aurora. They have specials every day and are continually
adding new merchandise. All great deals and your patronage supports St. Vincent de Paul! We are always looking for
new members if you are interested. Please let the Parish
Office know. Someone will contact you. We are hosting
coffee hour this Sunday, would love to see you for coffee
and doughnuts after the 8:30am and 10:30am Masses! Have a wonderful January. Stay warm!
THANK YOU! Once again I thank you for the
calendars you gave so generously for the men in
the Monroe Correction Center! It is so easy to
just toss the calendar in the waste basket when
you receive it in the mail, but they mean so much
to the men.
Their “house” (cell) can be
brightened up with color-full calendars. They, too,
are most grateful. GOD BLES
YOU! (Mt 25/36)
Fr. Lyle, C.Ss.R. (Fr. Lyle
was a former Chaplain at the
Monroe Correction Center.)

March with Us:
January 23, 2017!
Greetings from the Washington
State
March
for
Life!
We are thrilled to announce that
we will be marching together at
Noon, on Monday, January 23,
2017, at the Capitol in Olympia!
As we have for 38 years, we will gather peacefully
to stand for those who cannot speak for themselves.
We stand with the unborn, those at the end of their
life, and everyone in between. We stand shoulder to
shoulder with all those who celebrate the infinite
value of every life-- those before us and those to
come.
We hope you will start making plans TODAY to
join us in January. Gather your groups, charter your
bus or pick a driver, select a time to meet with all
your legislators, and spread the word!
