The Fairway Snake is a tool engineered specifically for the quick and easy removal of dew
from fairways. The result is a patent-protected fairway dragging tool that cleans an entire
fairway in a single pass. The Fairway Snake was developed to be gentle on turf as it rolls
across the fairway, but also to be durable to withstand routine trips around the golf course. The
Fairway Snake is the ideal tool for removing dew, grass clippings and earthworm castings from
your fairways.
Hugs the Fairway
The Fairway Snake's weighted core forces it
across the contours of the landscape to ensure
a clean fairway in a single pass. The core's
weight comes from lead alloy crimped over
four polyester filaments, providing a ½ pound
of weight per foot of Fairway Snake. In
addition to the weight, the Fairway Snake is
extremely flexible allowing it to maneuver and
adjust to all the dips and dives as it rolls
across the turf. And it does not remember its
shape, so it will not kink.
Durable
The braiding process adds incredible strength to the Fairway Snake. The more pull that is
exerted on the Fairway Snake, the more each fiber locks into place. This creates strength,
durability and reliability. The strong polyester filaments in the core of the Fairway Snake
are also responsible for its strength. Plus, the Fairway Snake is UV and water resistant and
has a special coating for improved wear tolerance.
Gentle on Turf & Turf Equipment
The Fairway Snake comes with a unique endunit assembly system that was engineered so
the Fairway Snake rolls or spins over the
turf, unlike conventional "dragging" tools. As a
result, the spinning action minimizes the stress
on the turf and on the Fairway Snake. The
Fairway Snake's cover is made of
polypropylene which is braided tight and
smooth so it is gentle on the turf. And since
the Fairway Snake is being rolled over the turf
instead of dragged, smaller less powerful
equipment can be used, freeing up the heavyduty utility vehicles for other jobs.

Sizing
Choosing the proper length is simple but important. The proper length will ultimately
save time, improve results and make the product easier to use. To calculate the
required length of Fairway Snake, first measure the width of your widest fairway.
Second, add a minimum of 25 feet to this length to provide the necessary slack. The
following chart can be used as a guide.
