Port of Sydney Specifications –

PORT OF SYDNEY
NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA
Cape Breton Island-NOVA SCOTIA’S MASTERPIECE
As described by Holland America Cruise Line
“SYDNEY- a wealth of things to see and do. With its gracious people who are proud of their
Gaelic heritage, the town is a scenic and interesting small coastal community. But the real
treasures lie just outside the town – incredible scenery, sailing on a glorious lake, a tour into the
deep recesses of a coal mine, an interactive historical fortress and more”.
Sydney will be ready for you!
Cape Breton Island has magical effects upon those who visit, it slows them down, fills them with
its beauty and humanity, it is a land uncluttered by the stresses of modern life, a world where
music, art and laughter flourish where strangers are not strangers and where the things that
matter, matter most. You may return home after your vacation but YOUR HEART WILL NEVER
LEAVE.
“And then there’s Sydney. Too-often overlooked Sydney. Sydney, on Cape Breton Island, that
is clamoring to be discovered.”
