We congratulate you for making the commitment to transform

shows that people who track their food intake and exercise have
greater success with their weight loss and fitness goals. That’s
why we’ve designed this handy Goal Tracker.
The Goal Tracker makes it easy for you to monitor your progress
to keep you focused and motivated. Each day, you’ll enter the
foods you eat, the products you use, and your exercise. You’ll
enter your weight and measurements only once a week. That’s
because day-to-day fluctuations are normal, so we don’t want
you to be unnecessarily discouraged. Stay with the program and
use the Goal Tracker, and you’ll see definite progress from week
to week.
You may not always see weight loss on the scale. That’s because
exercise can result in healthy lean muscle gain as well as fat loss.
That’s a great sign, and you’ll still be losing inches. You’ll notice
a change in how your clothes fit, and those around you will
notice the new you!

How to Take Your Measurements
The most common measurements include the
circumference of your neck, chest, biceps, waist,
hips, and thighs.
NECK: Measure as you would for shirt fitting.
CHEST: Measure around the largest part of your chest.
BICEPS: Measure midway between the top of your
shoulder and elbow.
WAIST: Measure around your belly button. No
cheating! Don’t pull in your belly or stick it out.
HIPS: Measure your hips around the largest part of
your buttocks with your heels together.
THIGHS: Thighs are measured separately. Stand with
your legs slightly apart. Measure your upper leg where
the circumference is largest.

The Importance of Moderate Exercise
The TAIslim® System is a clinically validated, dual patented
system designed to boost your metabolism and give you the
energy to maximize any type of exercise. Physical activity is
important for many reasons; it has a balancing effect on your
blood sugar and insulin levels, it helps to decrease your body fat

FreeLife undertook a strict 2-month randomized, double-blind human clinical study – the gold standard of clinical
design – which included caloric restriction and moderate exercise. Compared to participants who were on a placebo,
