Swim Zone Upgrades: Standard swim zone dimensions are 30 feet by 18 feet. Custom size upgrades are available, as
dictated by the client’s vision and project budget.
Upgrade Pricing: Determined on a project by project basis.
Dipping Pools: Small are also available for smaller properties or budgets. Dipping pool packages include all basic
pool package components adjusted for a smaller size pool.
Upgrade Pricing: Determined on a project by project basis.
Stone Diving Slabs: Limestone or granite slabs, 4-6” thick, can be placed around the swim zone to provide additional diving or waterside lounging area.
Upgrade Pricing: $50/ft2for limestone
Pool Lighting: Installation of 2 Hayward 12 volt, 120 W Pro Series pool lights.
Upgrade Pricing: $1700/pair
Custom Diving Dock: Diving dock can be enlarged or custom designed to suit client’s needs.

Ornamental Boulders: Supply and installation 23 tons of granite boulders in strategic locations around the pool.
Upgrade Pricing: $4300 (price subject to adjustment based on shipping distance and fuel surcharges)
Oversized waterfall: Increase the waterfall height to 4 ft (from 1.5 ft in basic package, with an additional 18 tons of
decorative granite boulders) or, custom design a larger waterfall

Swim Zone Rock Lining: Want a swim zone with a more natural feel and look? Hide the pool liner by covering it
