RULES OF THE PROMOTION
1. The organizer of a promotion ‘Win smart prizes with e. points’ (hereinafter – the Promotion)
shall be ‘Swedbank’, AB, legal entity code 112029651 (hereinafter – the Bank).
2. In order to execute the Promotion the Bank shall invoke services of UAB ‘Margin’, legal entity
code 302565389, and UAB ‘iDeal LT’, legal entity code 211589420.
3. Matter of Promotion: During the Promotion period any e. points participant who orders at
least one lottery ticket for the e. points once a month can win the Promotion Prize. Prices for
lottery tickets in e. points:
3.1. 50 e. points – 1 lottery ticket;
3.2. 100 e. points – 2 lottery tickets;
3.3. 200 e. points - 4 lottery tickets;
3.4. 500 e. points - 10 lottery tickets;
3.5. 1000 e. points - 20 lottery tickets.
3.6. 5000 e. points – 100 lottery tickets.
4. Promotion period: 11th May 2017 – 31st August 2017 (inclusive).
5. Participants of the Promotion:
5.1. E. points accumulation participants;
5.2. Persons who, for their accumulated e. points, ordered at least one Prize with a value of 50,
100, 200, 500, 1000 or 5000 e. points in the ‘Swedbank’ Internet Bank during the Promotion
period.
6. The Bank’s employees or employees of the companies in the Swedbank Group and
their family members (children, adopted children, spouses) shall not participate in the
Promotion. In the case where the Swedbank AB and Swedbank Group’s employees or their
family members participate in the Promotion and, as a result, under existing legislation of the
Republic of Lithuania, the obligation to pay additional taxes will arise, which have not been paid
yet by the Bank in accordance with the procedure set forth in this paragraph, the participant of
the Promotion will be responsible for declaration and payment of such taxes.
7. Prize of the Promotion:
7.1. „iPhone 7“ smartphone – 6 pcs.
7.2. „iPad“ tablet – 6 pcs.
7.3. Smartwatch „FitBit Blaze“ – 15 pcs.
8. Determination of the winners of Promotion Prizes and provision of information:
8.1. In determining the winner of the Promotion, the Commission established by the Bank shall
participate, which will select the winners randomly by application of software.
8.2. The winners of the Promotion shall be selected not later than on 11th September 2017. The
winners of the Prize shall be selected from all participants of the Promotion who, for their
accumulated e. points, ordered at least one Prize with a value of 50, 100, 200 500, 1000 or
5000 e. points within the period of 11th May 2017 – 31st August 2017 (inclusive).
8.3. The information regarding the awarded Promotion Prize will be delivered no later than
within two working days following the selection of the winner to the winner personally by phone
using the Promotion participant’s contact information provided in the Bank’s system. At the time
of information about the winning, the Promotion participant will be informed that the prize
winner’s personal data (name, surname, city) will be made publicly available. In the event where
the Promotion winner does not accept that their personal data would be made publicly available
on www.swedbank.lt website, or where they can not be reached by the telephone numbers
provided for in the Bank’s system within 2 working days following the winner’s selection date,
the Bank shall have the right to cancel the results of the winner’s award and to award their prize
to another Promotion participant.
9. The Prizes for the winners of the Promotion shall be delivered after individual arrangement
with the organizer of the Promotion.
10. The Prize of the Promotion shall not be exchanged into other assets, and shall not be paid
in cash.
11. In the event where the Promotion Prize is subject to taxation according to the procedure set
forth by the Law on Residents’ Income Tax of the Republic of Lithuania, the residents’ income
tax in relation to the awarded Promotion Prize shall be paid and declared by the Bank.
12. The Bank shall reserve the right to withhold the Prize if the participant of the Promotion has
violated the rules, provided false or inaccurate contact information, or where it was impossible to
reach the participant of the Promotion due to reasons beyond the control of the Bank.
13. The Bank shall have the right to amend these Promotion rules by giving a beforehand notice
regarding the amendments and publishing them in the same way as these rules have been
published.
