Starting in September 2014, we began working on updating all the common area hallways
and laundry rooms throughout the community. This improvement has updated the look of
our beautiful community, and we have been receiving lots of positive feedback from all

Maintenance Tips
Garbage Disposal: It is recommended only to throw certain food items in the garbage disposal. Do not throw items
such as pasta, rice, or-orange peels or bones in the garbage disposal. They will clog and cause damage to the
garbage disposal and blades. To sharpen your blades throw in a few ice cubes and run the disposal. To remove bad odors, pour
vinegar down drain and run the disposal.
Heat: As we move into the colder months of the year, remember to leave your heat on if you leave your apartment for an
extended period of time. This will prevent freezing pipes, which can cause damage to the heating system and your apartment.
