GOGGLES
Goggles
protect your eyes
from chemicals and sharp
objects.
BEAKER
Beakers
measure larger
amounts of liquids, similar to a
measuring cup.
BUNSEN BURNER
Bunsen
burners use a flame to
heat up liquids or other objects.
TRIPLE-BEAM BALANCE
Triple-beam
balances are used
to measure the mass of an
object.
MICROSCOPE
Microscopes
are used to view
objects that are too small to be
seen with our eyes.
FUNNEL
Funnels
are used when you
need to pour liquids into
another container with a
smaller opening.
HOT PLATE
Hot
plates are used to heat up
objects instead of using a
Bunsen burner.
GRADUATED CYLINDER
Graduated
cylinders are used
to accurately measure small
amounts of liquid.
RULER
Rulers

length of an object.
THERMOMETER
