Saturday attending the exhibit of
Early American paintings at the
Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

Rev. John Jaercher wiU be
holding services at the Lutheran
Church in Gallupville for the next
four weeks.
Jyrki Iivari, an exchange student from Finland, played the
organ at the Sunday service at the
Lutheran Church in Gallupville. He
is currently enrolled at Schoharie
High School in his senior year .and
is a guest in the Marvin household.
He will be staying with Nancy and
Bill Getz on Webster Road from
December until February.
Laura and Paul Panas celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary Saturday, Nov. 5.
Commander Bruce Parias, stationed at Le Moore AFB, Calif.,
was 45 on Nov. 6.
Mr. and Mrs. John Funck and
mother Frances Becker visited
their son, Richard, and wife in
Roxbury to see their new grandson, Gregory Richard, born Oct. 6.
Nancy Penk and Stephen Sturm,
Sr., were married Nov. 5 in the
United Methodist Church in Gallupville. Rev. Waldo presided.
Karen Olewnick played the organ.
Matron of honor and best man
were Betty Simmons and Bill
Simmons. Bridesmaid was Janice
Genovesi and usher Joseph Genovesi. AH the flowers for the
wedding were supplied by Evelyn
Gallup's new "Posy Place" in
Duanesburg. Bill Olewnick took
pictures of the lovely affair. The
happy couple took off for Florida
on their honeymoon.

gave a baby shower Saturday,
Nov. 5 for their friends, Fay and
Ray Chazin-Seidleman. Guests

Quaker Street, Nov. 16 at 1 p.m.

Jeffrey in Cobleskill Hospital and
found her doing well. Phyllis
expects to be coming home this

Vcorheesville Vikings
The 1983-84 year has started for
the Voorheesville Vikings 4-H Club.
During September and October
members, including Justin De
Fazzio, Kate Fletcher, Bret Hart,
Frank Hart, Renee Hunter, Cher
Krajeruski, Glen Reynolds, Wendy
Reynolds, and Raebeth Vosburg,
sold 4-H cookies. Their total was
413 packages. At the meeting on
Oct. 29 the club placed the 4-H seal
of achievement on their club
charter, marking their eighth year
as a 4-H club in Albany County.
Also at this meeting the club
discussed. plans for the year
including 4-H projects and a
Christmas party to be held at the
next meeting.
