Microwave Fruit Dessert Ingredients Utensils 825 g canned fruit eg peaches, apricots, plums 300ml sour cream 2 eggs 2 tablespoons plain flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence Cinnamon (optional) Large microwave safe dish Can opener Mixing bowl Fork Microwave safe plate Measuring spoon Measuring cup Microwave Fruit Dessert Method 1 2In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mix together sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour. 3 4 5 Please wash hands. Place fruit in the base of a microwave safe dish. Pour mix over fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon if you wish. Place the dish in the microwave and stand it on top of an upturned saucer (this allows the dish to be elevated and will cook better.) Cook on medium high for 12-15 mins and allow to cool before serving. Cooking time will vary depending on your microwave but you can see when the egg mix is done.
