How it works:
Community Supported Pizza
Once a month for six months you get to pick up homemade frozen wood oven
pizza at Quiet Creek to enjoy at home. Do you like to make your own pizza with
Quiet Creek’s awesome produce? Choose either a traditional Neapolitan par
baked crust or an organic whole-wheat crust and get creative!
About our pizza:
Switchback Pizza makes wood oven pizza using local vegetables, pastured meats,
homemade dough and sauce.
The dough is cold fermented for 36 hours allowing them to develop a unique
natural sweetness. We strive to use as many local and organic ingredients as
possible. All our cheeses are hormone and antibiotic free and we use local
naturally raised hormone/ antibiotic-free meats.

Pepperoni: Our pepperoni made with local grass feed beef and pastured raised pork,
homemade sauce and fresh mozzarella
Gorgonzola: with caramelized onions and Kennet Square Portobello mushrooms.
Fontina cheese homemade sun dried tomatoes, olives, with fresh onions.
Happy Pig: Italian sausage, bacon, homemade sauce, fresh mozz and caramelized
onions.
Tomato love: Fresh sauce made from local tomatoes fresh mozz and cherry
tomatoes.

Vacation Policy: Please let us know if you will you will miss a pick up
4 weeks in advance. If you miss a pick up pizza will be held for
2weeks at Quiet Creek in our freezers.
Thank you for your support. Switchback Pizza is the creation of
husband and wife team Andrew and Marguerite. We make wood oven
pizza, grow garlic and are currently working hard to open a
restaurant in Emmaus. Our restaurant will be open sometime this
summer.
