DAY 1: FRIDAY, October 25th :
Departure Points & Times: 7:00AM – Oneonta – Wal-Mart
8:00AM – Binghamton – Northgate Plaza
9:15AM – Clarks Summit – Weiss Market
Travel to New York City. (Travel time is 2 ½ hours from last pick-up location.)
11:45AM:
Approximate arrival in New York City – Manhattan.
12:30PM:
Enjoy an included LUNCH at the HARD ROCK CAFÉ.
2:15PM:
Depart for the BROOKLYN BRIDGE
3:00PM – 5:00PM
Students will walk across the BROOKLYN BRIDGE and enjoy photo Ops on the
bridge and at Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Park. Ice Cream Factory
and Torres Chocolate Factory are also in walking distance.
5:30PM - 7:00PM:
Shopping and dinner on own at Midtown Food Court @ Grand Central
Station.
7:00PM:
Depart the area for the Theater.
8:00PM:
Performance of LET IT BE – A CELEBRATION OF THE MUSIC OF THE
BEATLES. Show is approximately 2 ½ hours.
11:00PM:
Depart for the Hotel. Accommodations are at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites, 38
Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004. Phone # 973-575-1742.
DAY 2: SATURDAY, October 26th :
6:00 – 7:00AM:
A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is included at the Hotel.
7:00AM:
Depart for the NBC Morning SHOW at Rockefeller Center between 5th & 6th
Ave.
8:00 – 9:30AM:
Top of the Rock Tour. Bird’s eye view of Manhattan during daylight.
9:45AM - 2:00PM: Guided Tour of New York City – Manhattan area with local Guide. There will
be on and off stops included along the tour. Meet guide @ Top of The Rock
2:00PM – 3:45PM: Self-Guided Tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
4:00PM – 6:00PM: USS Intrepid Sea Air & Space Museum 46th St. & 12th Ave
6:30PM – 8:30PM: Free time in Times Square for dinner. (Madame Tussauds Wax Museum
optional at own expense)
8:45PM:
Depart the TIMES SQUARE area for the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING.
8:45PM – 10:00PM: See NEW YORK CITY from the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING OBSERVATORY.
10:00PM:
Depart back to the Hotel.
DAY 3: SUNDAY, October 27th :
7:30 – 8:30AM:
A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST at the Hotel is again included.
8:30AM:
Depart the Hotel for LIBERTY PARK, NEW JERSEY.
9:00 – 11:00AM:
Take Liberty Park Ferry to the Statue of Liberty – sightseeing on Liberty
Island. NOT inside the Statue or Ellis Island.
11:45AM:
Take ferry to BATTERY PARK. Do NOT get off at Ellis Island. Re-board the
Motorcoach and depart for South Street Sea Port.
12:00 – 2:00PM:
SOUTH STREET SEAPORT for lunch and shopping.
2:15 – 4:15PM:
SELF GUIDED TOUR of the AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY.
4:15PM:
Depart for home.
Rest stop en route home.
Approximate arrivals back: 7:15PM
