of the Government will be auctioned in the premises of the
Excise Station of Bardez Taluka at 11.00- a. m. on 12th May,
19&9 to the. b,idders ,who-offer the highest·price.
If necessary the auction for the second and third time
will be held at the same time on 15th and 16th May, 1989
respectively. at the above mentioned' place.
Only the' liCensed vendors-. of liquor will be' allow'ed- to
participate in the auction. The successful bidders will have
to pay the excise duty if any ·on the above liquor as well
as bidding price immediately. The Government however
reserves the right to reject the bid without assigning any
