Rules for the Competition
Deadline for all entries is Friday, October 16, 2014
Talent Show is limited to 12 acts (first come, first serve)
We encourage companies to preview their acts prior to the event. A staff
member from WEN can help facilitate a “talent off” within your company if
needed.
No more than four people per act
Only one entry per company (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER)
No bands: only acoustic performances or pre-recorded music due to time
and space constraints
No fire, juggling, knives, swords, etc.
Each act gets up to 5 minutes to perform, including set-up and tear down.
Talent Show Do’s
Sing: (includes lip-syncing and karaoke)
Act: (includes skits)
Play an Instrument: (acoustic only)
Comedy: (includes roasts and/or impressions)
Magic: (you will be held responsible for people you make disappear)
Hidden Talents: (keep in mind your boss and co-workers will be
present)
Open Mic: (it’s your call - better make it good)

Acts with more than four (4) people, due to limited stage space
Bands with several instruments, due to time and limited stage space
Music acts without pre-recorded music (or acoustic), due to time
Acts longer than five (5) minutes, due to time
Acts involving fire, knives, swords, light beams, chains or magic potions,
we don’t want Boulevard to give us the boot!
