Conference facilities
CIM Moor Hall is situated in the rural countryside of
picturesque Berkshire and offers a welcome retreat
away from the daily hustle and bustle of working life.
In a competitive market CIM Moor Hall continues to

As an independently owned and accredited
Conference Centre of Excellence we are bound to
consistently meet exacting standards of service and
our success may be measured both by the amount
of returning clients and their outstanding feedback

and facilities.
Technical support is vital to the modern conference
or event organizer and we have a dedicated team of
trained AV technicians on site who role is to maintain
equipment, check computers and ensure optimum
performance from all AV units. This team are here to
ensure that the meeting is setup and all presentation
material is installed successfully to allow you the
guests to have a relaxed and stress free experience.

Bar, Think Zone and open areas
The “Think Zone” or as it has been more commonly
known as the “quiet carriage” provides a peaceful and
quiet environment to enable guests to work reflect
on the day’s activities. This room is a sound proof
room with superfast broadband connections and an
abundance of plug sockets and USB ports to allow
guests with all types of technology to work in comfort.

The Mayflower lounge bar is a hub of activity where
guests can relax with their colleagues after a long day
of learning. It boasts an expansive bar serving a wide
variety of draught beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
With three large screen televisions all showing a
variety of different channels including subscription TV
and all the live sport, it really does provide a comfort
away from home.

Accommodation
Featuring every comfort expected at a modern
hotel, each of our 80 double bedrooms at CIM Moor
Hall has been designed to make the most of the
available space.
Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi broadband is
available in every room, along with a dedicated work
area, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and
ample wardrobe space.
Flat screen TVs, rainfall showers and iPod docking
stations compliment the stylish décor, whilst a
comfortable bed and ‘snuggle tested’ duvet
guarantee you a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast is included in the bedroom rate, where you
can choose anything from a fresh croissant to a full

Grounds
CIM Moor Hall is situated on 9 acres of land with
expansive lawns adding to the picture perfect
location. The covered board walks, which wind
through the site over the Japanese inspired Koi carp
ponds, provide constant protection from the wellknown British weather ensuring that no matter where
you walk around the site you will not have to dash
through the rain.

The manicured lawns provide a central location to the
site and offer a great space for summer BBQ’s, team
building events and recreational leisure time.
The expansive grounds and location close to the River
Thames makes CIM Moor Hall a fantastic location
for team building events. From mini Olympics to full
dragon boat racing on the River Thames, we have the
facilities and expertise to ensure that you get
the most out of your activities.

sourced, sustainable produce and believe that good
food, cooked well and served professionally, speaks
for itself. As proud advocates of the Red Tractor food
quality assurance programme we insist on the highest
standards from all our suppliers.
From healthy high quality lunches to tasty dinners
featuring memorable favourites, our chef and his
tea work tirelessly to provide meals to satisfy your
delegates. The chefs and catering team are familiar
with many dietary requirements and are able to
accommodate requirements of all kinds.
The wine list features a sensibly prices selection from
around the world – ideal to complement any meal or
perhaps to be enjoyed amongst friends.

Conference Rooms
All of our conference rooms are fully equipped with
the latest AV technology, cooled water dispensers
and stationary equipment required for the meeting.
Our team of trained AV Technicians are on site to
ensure that the room has been set to your exact
specifications and also ensure that the installation
and setup of any presentation material is smooth
stress free.
With over 30 meetings rooms on site ranging from
a small boardroom for 4 delegates up to the full
150 seated presentation suite, there is a room for
all sizes.
