Reciprocal Policy - DeCordova Bend Estates and Pecan Plantation Country Club GENERAL GUIDELINES: A. Temporary usage of the facilities as listed in the “AREAS WHICH SHALL BE EXCLUDED UNDER THIS RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT” may be arranged by mutual consent and agreement between the General Managers of the two clubs on a caseby-case basis. B. Members who enter each other’s gates for the purpose of reciprocal privileges area allowed to drive directly from the gate entered to the clubhouse/golf course/tennis courts/swimming pool area. They are not allowed to drive around within each other’s communities and to go to other areas. They are not allowed to use our roads and streets as “cut through” or “short cuts”. Each of us may issue rule violation citations against the other’s members who are caught using our roads and streets as cut through or riding around on other non-reciprocal basis within the community. C. It is also understood that each Association may issue rule violation citation(s) to the other club’s member when a violation occurs. However, it shall remain the issuing clubs responsibility to collect any fine associated with the rule violation from the offender. At no time shall the issuing club attempt to bill the other club’s members for a rule violation citation. D. Both clubs need to be sure and get the standing of member accounts before we book substantial food and beverage functions for a reciprocal member. E. The 15% reciprocal charge shall be waived by this agreement between DeCordova Bend Estates and Pecan Plantation Country Club. AREAS COVERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT: 1. 2. Clubhouse and Restaurant A. We allow people to charge to their home club while using the restaurant at the other club. B. We allow the use of our ballrooms and party rooms for larger groups on a reciprocal basis. However, there is a requirement that the accounting department of the sponsoring club be called to insure that the member’s club account is in good standing before the party is booked. Golf Course A. Either club will allow a member to make tee time and to play the other golf course, but they must pay full guest green fees. If they use a golf cart, it must be a club owned rental cart or they may ride with a sponsoring club member in his golf cart under the present conditions of riding on member owned golf carts. Members may bring nonmember guests to the other club under the reciprocal privilege and pay green fees for them. 3. Tennis Courts 4. A. Either club will allow the usage of tennis courts under the reciprocal agreement by paying full court fees and by advance court reservations. Marina Facilities A. Either club will allow the usage of the marina gas pumps or store. 5. Swimming Pool Facilities A. Either club will allow the usage of the swimming pool facilities under the reciprocal agreement by paying full guest fees. AREAS WHICH SHALL BE EXCLUDED UNDER THIS RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT A. B. C. D. The parks and RV campgrounds are not available on a reciprocal basis. The stables are not available on a reciprocal basis. The airstrip is not available on a reciprocal basis. The fitness centers are not available on a reciprocal basis.
