VENDOR RULES
Clothing & Nursery Items
 ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF DAMAGE (ie. holes/stains etc.).
 NO OFF SEASON CLOTHING !!!!!! Only Spring and Summer items are acceptable.
 Only items sold in a children’s department are acceptable for the sale. Absolutely NO
adult sized clothing (unless specifically for Maternity) will be sold and will be removed
from floor.
 Due to sanitary reasons, undergarments will not be accepted.
 No new “handmade” merchandise to sell. (ex: Hair bows, hats, soother clips etc.)
 All tags MUST be securely fastened to the upper right area of clothing, with the hanger
looking like a question mark. Do not use straight pins. If a tag falls off, we are not
responsible and that item will not be sold.
Games, Toys, & Big Items
 ALL battery operated items MUST be in working order, and all pieces to puzzles or
games included. Any broken toys, games, and/or big items will be removed from floor
and will not be sold. Please remember, children will be disappointed if you are selling an
incomplete or broken item.
 Books sold in a package of more than 1 must be in a Ziploc bag secured with tape. No
elastics allowed.
Pricing and Tags
 ONLY use the standard tags provided on the ALL4KIDS.CA website
 NOTHING is to be priced for less than $1.00, and must be in increments of $0.50.
 All items that are not desired to be half price must have a RED MARKER DOT on the tag
with marker. Please do not write “RED DOT” or use “stickers”.
 As mentioned above, all tags must be secured properly. If a tag falls off, we are not
responsible and that item will NOT be sold.
Vendor Bins/Packing
 ALL bins/boxes and lids are to have your vendor number, and labeled what is in the box (i.e.
Boys Clothing 12mth-2T). Please ensure that all boxes are clearly labeled, failure to do so will
result in that box not being put on the sale floor.

Please use sheets of paper stating the size to separate if there is more than one size in a box.
Please place largest size in the bottom of bin.
 Shoes and Hats may be placed in one bin separate to clothing. Jackets, bathing suits and
Halloween Costumes must be in a labelled box together separate from regular clothing.
 Attempt to pack “like” toys, games and puzzles in bins.
 Any cardboard boxes that vendors want to keep should have your number on it and the words
“KEEP BOX” very clear.
 Do not use dollar store hangers as they do not work with our clothing racks. You will not receive
your original hangers back, however at the end of sale vendors will be able to take hangers that
are left over.
Shopping and Volunteer Expectations

All PAID for purchases must be brought out to your car prior to the sale beginning.
 Please remember that Vendors, Volunteers and Members are NOT permitted to bring in
anyone to the sale to pre-shop. The pre-shop time is for Vendors, Volunteers and Members
ONLY.

Vendor, Volunteer and Member shopping is from 6:00pm-6:45. NOTHING will be put aside
prior to 6pm.
 The sign out book will only be available once Saturday cleanup is completed. EVERYONE
(Vendors / Volunteers / Members) is to help clean up, not just pack their stuff and go. This is
a group sale, and needs to be a group clean up. If you cannot volunteer at the end of the sale
to help clean up you may not be accepted into the following sale.
 Consistently not following these rules may result in not being invited to sell in the next sale.
