The Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its power under Section 1(1),
1(3), 1(3A), 2(1), 4(1), 4(2), 4(3), 5, 32, 35, 35A, 36, 47, 49, 53, 63A, 65, 66, 81, 82, 126 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (herein under referred to as “the Act of 1984”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation
with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984, hereby makes the
following Order:

Places) Order No.12 be amended as follows:
