BOOK A SCREENING OF: THE NEW SUDAN
Here at Nadus, we want the Sudanese to know that there is hope; that they are not alone
in their struggles. Imagine if we can show them that they have friends who are thousands
of miles away but still want to answer the call and help meet their needs. One of the ways we’re
accomplishing this is by the screening of The New Sudan . Within this film Nadus respectfully captures the
stories of the Southern Sudanese people.
Nadus Films has provided two version of its film The New Sudan. The first version is the larger feature length
film which is 84 minutes long. The second project is a more condensed version of the feature, and it is called
The New Sudan SP. The “SP” stands for short play and is 30 minutes long. The feature length takes a more in
depth look into the lives of the Southern Sudanese, while giving more definition to their needs. The New
Sudan SP is of course more condensed and leaves room for greater questions and follow up (which can be
addressed during the Q & A session immediately following the presentation). For audiences who are limited
on time and have a mixture of younger kids, we would recommended the “SP” version due to the shorter
length and less graphic images. For the older more mature audiences who aren’t limited to time, we suggest
the feature length version of The New Sudan.
We will build an international support base for the needs of the Sudanese people. The long term goal here
will be to deepen the relationships with the Sudanese and to answer their cries for help. We desire to do
this through people like you. Our desire, through you, would be to raise awareness and financial support to
strengthen our Sudanese led ground partnerships in Southern Sudan. This will happen, but first,
Nadus Films must present the voice of the Southern Sudanese, and this cannot happen without you!

Nadus Films is now setting up screenings of The New Sudan feature and SP. The New Sudan
It is our desire at Nadus Films to set up speaking engagements throughout the U.S. by screening
the film and then giving opportunity for Q&A’s immediately following the film. Our hope is that this
event would spark conversation, advocacy and support in helping Nadus’ partners in Southern Sudan
rebuild and recover from Africa’s longest-running civil war. 
Below you’ll find brief information on what it looks like to contact and book Nadus Films. We look forward to
presenting to your community and allowing the voices of the Sudanese to be heard.

WHAT WOULD BE EXPECTED: 
- A quality projector and screen, along with a sound system, on which to present the film
- Seating for the viewers
- An environment in which the viewer can engage without distraction before, during and after the film
- Funding for trip expenses (airfare, hotel, rental car, food etc. depending on the distance of travel)
Disclaimer: Nadus Films requests these trip expenses be fulfilled, however, doesn’t necessarily require it to present. Nadus Films might not be able to afford all travels.
