Heights College charge a single Aggregate College Fee that is made up of three components. A tuition component, general
levy component and camp fee component. The Aggregate College Fees and Charges quoted, in the vast majority of cases, will
be the ONLY payment required (except where Bus Fees, Subject Levies and Instrumental Music apply). Our preferred method
of payment is via direct debit on a regular fortnightly basis in advance.

parents are not required to purchase secondary text books due to the College’s text book hire scheme
Items that will continue to be charged separately, that is, items excluded from the all-inclusive fee include

Instrumental Music Tutoring

The College offers an instrumental music tutoring program that includes a range of music instruments. Please
refer to the College Business Office Handbook for more information on the fees and offerings for this program.

Registered Care
Heights Kindergarten is a Registered Care provider with the Family Assistance Office and therefore a Child
Care Benefit is payable to eligible parents. To be eligible to receive a Registered Care payment, a parent
must satisfy the work test set by the Family Assistance Office (ph 13 61 50) and lodge a claim form with the
Family Assistance Office. Forms can also be obtained from our Business Office. All communication regarding
payment of this benefit is with the FAO.
Heights Kindergarten is an approved Kindergarten Program with the Queensland Government. You may be
eligible for reduced Kindergarten fees upon the presentation of a valid Health Care Card to our Business
Office in January each year. Heights Kindergarten will pass on the government Health Care Card Subsidy
in October each year, once Kindergarten funding has been finalised by the State Government.
