3. Public Roads: Balls on or crossing any
public road on any hole are Out of
Bounds.
4. Protective Fences: (Obstructions)

7th green - Drop within one club
length at nearest point of relief, no
nearer the hole, no penalty.
5. Flower beds: (Ground under repair)
right of 12th green and behind 9th &
18th greens. Drop within one club
length at nearest point of relief, no
nearer to the hole, no penalty.
6. Drainage Ditches: Drop within one
club length at nearest point of relief,
no nearer the hole, no penalty.
7. Cart Paths: Immovable Obstructions
(Rule No. 24) Drop within one club
length at nearest point of relief, no

8. Staked trees: Swing and stance relief.

9. Please keep all carts 30 feet from tees
