Saying I do
The hotel is fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies, allowing you
to have your ceremony and reception in the same venue.
Choose from the wonderfully elegant Ballroom catering for up to 182 guests for
the ceremony, the contemporary Richmond Room for up to 102 guests or the
beautiful Oak Room with its character oak panelling for guests of up to 72.
The Registrar is available seven days a week, including Bank Holidays — with
ceremonies available up to 5pm each evening. To arrange the civil ceremony
you will need to contact the Richmond Registrar on 020 8940 2651.
If you would like to book a ceremony only, this service is available on Sundays
and our prices start from £850,
Time to celebr ate
Discover a choice of beautifully unique spaces to suit your wedding day
wishes. The elegant Ballroom with its stunning Georgian sash windows, ornate
chandeliers, elegant décor and private bar area is the perfect choice for large
affairs catering for up to 200 guests for your wedding breakfast and 300 for
a wedding reception. Another wonderful space for guests of up to 150 for your
reception is the Richmond Room, a contemporary room featuring a raised
area with bar, private sun terrace and sophisticated lighting scheme perfect
for enhancing your wedding day theme.
For intimate wedding receptions of up to 32 select the beautiful Queens Room
with its traditional large bay window and touches of Georgian character or
there is the stunning Stafford Room for smaller parties of up to 30 and features
a private balcony sweeping the length of room.

Choose from a range of 142 guest rooms in which to prepare before the
celebrations and then to spend together for your first night of wedded bliss.

Health & Leisure Club during your stay including a 20m indoor swimming pool,
6m spa pool, cardiovascular and resistance gymnasium as well as the spa where

Room Hire Only
The beautiful Ballroom is available to hire on a room only basis suitable for 200
for a wedding banquet or 250 for a less formal wedding buffet. Hire includes full
use of the room including the Thames Bar and room. If you are looking to bring
in your own specialist caterer, they can have use of our fully equipped kitchen.
