Finding Information on Our Provider Web Pages is Now Easier
Last year, some of you responded to our email survey about various communications. You told
us it was hard to find information on the provider web pages at floridablue.com. We listened to
your comments and continue to make improvements so information is easier to find.
Three main areas of the website are now updated: The Bulletins and FAQs page, the
Medicare Stars page, and the Quality / HEDIS / CAHPS® page. Improvements to our provider
web pages are summarized in the table below.
