Over the past 57 seasons, teams representing the WCHA have earned a collegiate conference record 36 NCAA Men’s Frozen Four titles and have also finished as the national runner-up on 27 other occasions. In addition, at least one WCHA-member team has been in the NCAA Frozen four in 53 of the league’s 57 seasons overall (did not qualify in 1993, 1998, 1999, 2009).
