April 27, 28 and 29.
Tickets went on sale last
Wednesday, and reserved seats
can be obtained by calling the
high school at 654-4084 any time
during normal school hours. The
price of all seats will be $3
Should there be any tickets
unsold prior to the performance
dates , they will be sold at the door
on the particular night (s) for
which they are available.
The class advisor and producer
of the show , Dr. Gail Shafer , also
announced that group rates will
be available for the performance
on Thursday, April 27. The larger
the group is, the cheaper the rate
Singer emulates Elvis
Kenny Dino is bdled as the "Elvis Presley of Long Island" and
a glimpse of his sideburns and sparkle-plenty jumpsuit might
induce some nostalgia for Presley fans.
Dino claims he has always had a problem because sounding
like Elvis comes naturally for him. Now, however , when singers
all over the country are actively evoking the Presley image, the
staunchest of fans can judge for themselves whether Dino is
making the grade as a double.
He will appear at the Shirley Community Center at 78
McGraw Street , Shirley , April 18, 19 and 20 at 8 p.m. Admission
is $7.50 and tickets may be purchased in advance by calling 2812828 or visiting the box office at the center between 10 and 5.

These three weeks allow 13
scheduled rehearsal dates , which
will entail intensive work on the
part of both cast and crew.
"How To Succeed In Business
Without Really Trying" is a
Pulitzer Prize-winning comedymusical, and the P-M seniors'
rendition will feature Steve
Menikos in the lead role of J.
Pierrepont Finch . Other leads
include Dennis Logan as Mr .
Biggley , Paul Zelenski as Bud
Frump, Kelly Croce as Hedy
LaRue, Lienne Federico as Miss
Jones, Mary Lally as Smitty, and
Lori Silverman as Rosemary.
Tasks such as set construction
and program design are
currently in the working stages,
as the entire cast , technical crew,
orchestra and chorus look
toward the three performance
dates on which , it is hoped, "How
To Succeed In Business Without
Really Trying " will be unveiled
as the finest senior show in P-M's
history.

OFFICIAL SUPPORT - Supervisor John F. Randolph and Helen
Cassidy remind Brookhaven citizens that April is "March of Dimes
Birth Defects Prevention Month." The Supervisor issued a
proclamation at the March 21 Town Board meeting calling for the
townwide support of the current drive by the March of Dimes to fund
and continue programs designed to prevent and protect against birth
defects. Helen is this year's poster child.
