• Barbell should have availability of sizes from 20lbs to 110lbs in
10lb increments.
•Barbell should have high quality alloy tempered steels
•Barbell should have handles are manufactured with high quality
stainless steel
•Barbell should have urethane coating is a high quality hard shore
black urethane
•Barbell should have a manufacturing process of weight heads
precision drilled bored and pre-heated for the expansion of the hole
and the handle is press fitted deep into the head, then welded on both
sides of the handle. The exterior perimeter edges on the heads have a
radius of approximately .625 inches.
•Barbell should have handles of 31mm (1.20”) in diameter and
cambered for Curl Bar and 31mm straight for Barbell.
•Barbell should have heads are preheated and then injection molded
with a durable hard shore black urethane for a superior adhesion
process. Final shape of heads following urethaning process is round.
•Barbell should have an average urethane coating is approximately
3/8” thick on all sizes.
•Barbell should have Custom Logos available in multi color
•Barbell should have all weight heads round

UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL MISSOURI STUDENT RECREATION/WELLNESS CENTER
The undersigned proposes to furnish and deliver to the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Missouri:
FITNESS/WEIGHT EQUIPMENT
Delivery of the equipment will be made between November 15, 2010 December 1, 2010 for the Student
Recreation/Wellness Center, Warrensburg, Missouri at the discretion of the University. The specific date will
be determined by the University and communicated to the successful bidder two weeks prior to the delivery
date.
The length of warranty on equipment
months.
It is understood that the University pays no federal or state taxes, and the net price quoted includes all
transportation, dealer preparation, and handling charges. The University will pay promptly upon delivery and
acceptance of the equipment included in this bid, and submittal of appropriate invoice.
The University of Central Missouri Warrensburg, Missouri reserves the right to reject any and all bids
submitted.
