The WVABE program supports instruction for adult learners who need to sharpen their skills to
earn a high school equivalency, prepare to transition to postsecondary education or job
training, prepare to seek employment, progress educationally, or learn the English language.
This desk monitoring report examines how well by providing insight into four critical questions
