Key Allocation Differences
• Point Operators will be submitting a PDA to
allocate to the entity level instead of a specific
shipper contract.
• Allocation Rank Indicator – This new feature
will allow for additional flexibility in DART. A
user will have the ability to set different PDA
methods at the same meter for long (High)
and short (Low) allocations.
6
PDA Deadlines
• PDA submission must be made through the EBB,
by 5:00pm CCT on the second business day after
the calendar day on which the gas day ends.
– We use Federal Banking Holidays as defined in NASEB
standards
– Example: Monday gas flow is from 9:00 AM to 9:00
AM Tuesday. PDA deadline is 5:00pm Thursday.
• PDA Requests after this deadline will be
evaluated by SNG for approval and must be made
via your scheduling representative.
