A user will have the ability to set different PDA methods at the same meter for long (High) and short (Low) allocations. 6 PDA Deadlines • PDA submission must be made through the EBB, by 5:00pm CCT on the second business day after the calendar day on which the gas day ends. – We use Federal Banking Holidays as defined in NASEB standards – Example: Monday gas flow is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM Tuesday. PDA deadline is 5:00pm Thursday. • PDA Requests after this deadline will be evaluated by SNG for approval and must be made via your scheduling representative. 7 Navigating to the PDA Screen • From this screen PIN operators and UDP/shippers can enter the pre-determined allocation methods. 8 Add to Favorites Right Click and Select Add to Favorites. 9 Pre-Determined Allocation (PDAs) • PDA Screen Default Role – Role will default to “Conf Party” for the operator of the PIN – UDPs (Up/Down Parties) or Shippers will default to “Svc Req” role. • To search or change a PDA: – Enter “Loc Prop” (PIN) – Enter Beg Date – Select Retrieve 10 Pre-Determined Allocation (PDAs) • PDA Allocation Methods are available in the drop down box. – Default allocation will be “pro-rata” 11 OPV Method PIN Operator • • • • • Enter “Loc Prop” (PIN) and Beg Date. Select “OPV” from the “Allocation Method” drop down box. Make changes to OPV volumes, as necessary. Select a Swing Party by clicking the drop down box in the OPV column. Click the “Save” button. 12 PDA Alloc Rank Ind- Low and Alloc Rank Ind HighPIN Operator • • • Enter “Loc Prop” (PIN) and Beg Date Select Alloc/Rank Ind box to utilize this new feature Select “Ranked” for both “Allocation Method” fields. – – • High Rank- If the PIN is long, the allocation will be based on the ranking in this field Low Rank- If the PIN is short, the allocation will be based on ranking in this field.
