Every good witch and wizard needs
a broom to travel around on
(or to play Quidditch).
You can make your own in the woods…

Search for a long,
strong, straight stick.
Wrap the bunch of small twigs
around one end of the long
stick, tying them together
tightly with string.
Collect a bunch
of smaller,
slender twigs.

Now you’re ready
to fly off into the
moonlight, or play
in the Quidditch
World Cup!
Make sure
they’re secure
or you’ll lose
some on your
first flight!
A twig broomstick makes a great addition to a spooky Halloween costume!
