Membership Agreement
• Providing false information to gain Purina Pro Club membership or Kitten Starter Kits may result in termination of Pro Club
membership and potential legal action.
• Membership application requires the reading of and agreement to comply w ith all Purina Pro Club Cat Terms and Conditions. The profile
update required every tw o years is a condition of membership. The information provided is confidential to Purina Pro Club and is not shared.
• Pro Club members w ill not resell these cat foods w ith the w eight circles removed from the bags, solicit for or resell the c at food
w eight circles, coupons, checks, or starter kits associated w ith Purina Pro Club.
• Weight circle submissions may only be made using w eight circles from produc ts purchased by the submitting Pro Club member.
• Any retail or internet sale or purchase of materials associated w ith Purina Pro Club is a violation of these terms and conditions.
Pro Club is not responsible for and w ill not allow submission or credit for fraudulent w eight circles.
• Purina reserves the right to terminate membership, or to remove or disqualify earnings for any reason.
Eligibility
• New members must personally care for 5 or more cats and/or breed one litter of kittens per year and live in the U.S.
• One name per membership. Only one membership per household. Multiple memberships from a single household violates these
terms and conditions and may result in termination of the Pro Club account.
• Purina Pro Club is not a program for institutional organizations, such as rescue groups, humane societies, or animal shelte rs.
• Account is named member’s account only. Pro Club w ill not be involved in disputes over account ow nersh ip.
• It is the responsibility of the Pro Club member to monitor w ho has access to the account information. Pro Club w ill not be involved
in disputes that are beyond the limitations of the program.
• Purina reserves the right to change the rules or terminate the Pro Club program at any time. Purina retains all rights pertaining
to membership, program administration, starter kits, rew ards, earnings and issuance of points.
Point Accrual and Tracking
• Purina Points are not a cash equivalent and do not have cash value.
• Only w eight circles, not UPC codes, are valid for submission and credit to your account, except w ith Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets
Fortiflora for cats (submit upc from the bottom flap of box).
• Torn or unidentifiable w eight circles w ill not be credited to your account.
• Purina recommends that you mail your w eight circles by certified first class mail or some other traceable delivery method t o
ensure proof of delivery verification in the event Pro Club does not receive your w eight circles.
• Weight circle discrepancies w ill be investigated upon request up to one year from date of submittal.
• Opportunities may exist to earn bonus Purina points, the value of those Points may change at any time.
• There is no cap to a member's point earnings in the program.
• Purina reserves the right to terminate membership or remove or disqualify earnings for any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Weight Circles and points from redeemed w eight circles cannot be purchased or otherw ise transferred.
• Points expire three years from date of last activity.
• You are responsible for any taxes that may be ow ed as a result of points earned and/or redeemed. Please consult your tax advisor
if you have any tax questions about the program.
Point Redemption and Rewards Information
• Points are automatically redeemed for $6.00 Cat Food Checks good tow ard the purchase of any 6 lb. or larger bag of Purina cat food.
Points are not "banked." Points totaling less than 600 w ill remain in the member's account until the next w eight circle submission.
600 points equals a $6.00 Cat Food Check good on the purchase of any Purina Cat Food 6 lbs. or larger. Cat Food Checks w ill be sent
to your mailing address on file unless otherw ise instructed. By requesting shipment of checks to a different address you assu me
sole responsibility for the receipt of the Cat Food Checks. Cat Food Checks w ill not be shipped to an international address.
• Address correction is requested, as Purina Pro Club is not responsible for packages sent to addresses that are not current.
• Three to five w eeks should be allow ed for processing and delivery of Cat Food Checks.
• Upon redemption, point totals are automatically adjusted.
• Purina Pro Club w ill not conduct delivery inquiries more than 6 months from the date of the order.
Starter Kits
• Kitten Starter Kits are complimentary to Pro Club Members but quantities are limited and determined at the discretion of Pu rina Pro Club.

Check Information
• Purina Cat Food Checks issued through this Pro Club cat program w ill have a one-year expiration and cannot be reissued if recipient
allow s them to expire.
• Purina Cat Food Checks should be protected like cash by Pro Club members. Purina is not responsible for replacement in the event
of loss, theft or destruction after issuance. Purina Cat Food Checks w ill not be reissued.
