Hyper-Growth
• We were placed in 2A (petitioned to 3A) based on school population
year 1 of Varsity for a two year block (2016)
• We are anticipated to be placed in 5A Conference for the 2018 season
and beyond. We will maintain that level of play/school population

Physicals
• April 29th

Spring Football
• May 1st – May 19th
• (Monday – Friday 3:45-5:45pm following Colt Time)
• Must be passing all classes with a “C” or Higher to attend
• Mandatory Practices unless in other sport for playoffs/state
• May 19th Navy / Gold Scrimmage & Cow Chip Bingo Fundraiser
• Scrimmage begins @ 4pm and Fundraiser begins @ 5:30pm
• Expectation is all players will sell a minimum of 15 tickets ($300). There will
be a system in place to pay online for family members out of state.

Summer Development Camp / Time Off

Summer 7 on 7 / Big Man Challenges
• Varsity (Tournament Play Only)
• Saturday, May 27th Scottsdale Sports Complex Nike Tournament (7 on 7 Only)
• $100 for San Diego Tournament (two nights)
• June 9th – 10th NAU 7 on 7 and Big Man
• $60 Fee for Bradshaw and NAU Combined
• June 14th Bradshaw Mountain 7 on 7 and Big Man
• June 15th – 17th San Diego State University 7 on 7 Tournament
• Others TBD / Scrimmages will be set up with individual teams
• Junior Varsity
• ALL THURSDAYS IN JUNE BEGINNING JUNE 8th

California Camp
• ALL FROSH, SOPH and JUNIORS
• Depart 10:00pm July 9th and Arrive back on July 14th 9pm (Approx.)

• You can pay via Check or Credit Card (See registration form)
• $395 includes charter transportation, 5 nights, (3 meals per day) etc.

Schedule Following California Camp
• Return on July 14th MOMENTUM!!!
• Saturday/Sunday Off 15th and 16th of July
• Monday we are back in the weight room (Week of July 17th)
• Tuesday and Thursday Equipment Checkout (July 18 and July 19)
• First Practice is first day of school July 24th (WEEK 0 Game)
• GET ALL CLEARANCE PAPERWORK COMPLETED
Tax Credit
• Included in packet
• Up to $200 individual and up to $400 for married couples filing jointly
can be claimed on personal income taxes.
• April 16th is the deadline to receive a tax credit back this year!!!

Discipline (if an athlete cant discipline oneself then a coach must)
• Situational Discipline (Isolated or Team)
• We can all learn from an isolated incidence
• Example: why did Johnny have to run for Spencer's mistake? The answer: Johnny
may think twice now if ever put in that same position.
Next 3 Weeks for Testing Schedule
• Modify and adjust…I will get the weekly schedule out prior to the
upcoming week.
• Schedule is always communicated to the athletes (your child).
