1. Description
ŠŠ Fast, solvent resistant Diazo photopolymer
screen emulsion, dual-cure

2. Application advantages
ŠŠ Recommended for use in the glass decoration,
ceramic printing and ceramic decalcomania’s
ŠŠ 32% solids content before sensitizing
ŠŠ Medium viscosity; can be used
with very fine meshes
ŠŠ Solvent resistant; by post-exposure the stencil
can be hardened so that inks con­taining small
amounts of water can be printed for short runs
ŠŠ 60% exposure time compared with
a standard Diazo emulsion
ŠŠ Can be decoated with the usual chemicals

4. Stencil quality
ŠŠ The resolution is excellent and reaches approximately 40 microns. The printing
edge sharpness is very good. The stencil is less humidity sensitive.
ŠŠ After wash-out the stencil is hard. Wash-out with high pressure is possible.
ŠŠ Thanks to the excellent solvent resistance the printing ink does
not harden the stencil; removal is therefore possible.
ŠŠ A chemical post-hardening improves press-life but makes the stencil permanent.

5. Storage
Je frischer das Diazo, desto länger kann die sensibilisierte Kopierschicht aufbewahrt werden.
Alter, Transport und Lager Bedingungen beeinflussen die Qualität der Kopier­schicht wesentlich.
