Accept only the drinks that you either pour yourself, or you can watch someone make it; do not leave your drink unattended. Space out your drinks with water. Water dilutes the alcohol and also hydrates you. BOOZE TRUTHS * 56.1% of MCLA students drink 3 or less drinks in an average week. Time is the only thing that can lower a person’s BAC level; coffee, exercise, or cold showers will not assist in lowering a person’s BAC level.
