Item 10.4: File No.: (1) Council Boundary Re-Alignment Request Prop/2639 That Council approve the preparation of a joint boundary re-alignment proposal with the City of Port Adelaide Enfield pursuant to Section 27 of the Local Government Act 1999 in order to alter the boundary that divides the property at 35 (Lot 54) Warren Avenue, Prospect so that the property will be comprised wholly within the City of Prospect.
